My recent Easter stay at Gewandhaus Dresden, Autograph Collection was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning property to the attentive staff, the experience was truly amazing. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historical center of Dresden on foot. The hotel's specialty drinks were a delightful treat, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, reflecting the vibrant spirit of the city.Our check-in was smooth, although filling in forms at the reception felt a bit old-fashioned. However, the warm welcome we received made up for it. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a mix of traditional classics and local dishes. The fact that they provided a comfortable bed and a treat for our dog truly showed their attention to detail and guest satisfaction.The hotel's architecture was a sight to behold, especially the beautiful inner section. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its exceptional food quality and service. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a lavish selection including champagne. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.We also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the sauna and swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Dresden's charming streets.
